• Connect your EVM wallet (MetaMask, Rabby, or Safe)

• Enter the amount of crypto (e.g., USDT/USDC) you wish to sell

• Provide your company CNPJ and PIX key (corporate bank account)

• Click Confirm to lock in your rate

• If your business KYC is already approved, you’ll proceed directly to the confirmation screen

• Otherwise, you will be prompted to complete business KYC

2. Complete Business KYB (via Google Form)

• Fill out the Business KYB Form 🇧🇷 and write us on [email protected]

• 📩 Our Partner's team will review and approve it.

• We write back to you once it is approved.

3. Confirm and Transfer Crypto

• Once KYB is approved, return to app.vortexfinance.co

• A confirmation popup will show your locked rate and transaction details

• Click Confirm

• Sign 2 transactions in your wallet:

  1. Approve the transfer amount (e.g., USDT/USDC)

  2. Approve the network gas fee

4. Receive BRL via PIX

• Once the crypto transfer is confirmed on-chain:

  • BRL will be sent to your registered PIX key (corporate bank account)

1. Register with our Banking Partner

To use our services as a company, you must complete the Know Your Business (KYB) process with our local partner, MyKobo (MYKOBO sp. z o.o.).

Fill out this Form 🇪🇺

MyKobo will review your submission within 1–2 hours during working hours (no more than 2 working days). Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that depending on your company structure and business model, additional documentation may be required in accordance with regulatory requirements."

2. Claim your rate on app.vortexfinance.co

1. Connect your EVM wallet (e.g., MetaMask, Rabby, or Safe).

2. Enter the amount you wish to transfer and confirm.

3. Wait for the rate to be validated, then click “Continue to Partner.”

4. You’ll be redirected to the partner page (MyKobo) to proceed with the transaction.

3. Enter Details on Banking Partner Page

1. Enter your first name and last name as requested. (Don’t worry—your company details are already saved from the KYB process.)

2. Use the same email address and IBAN you provided during KYB registration.

1. Verify the pre-filled transaction details, including the amount and fee. And click “Submit” to finalize your input.

2. Once you see the following Page, return to the Vortex finance Tab to confirm the Transaction

1. Revisit the Vortex Finance page and check your connected wallet.

Tip: Ensure you are using the same wallet connected during step 2.

1. Confirm the transfer amount (e.g., USDC/T) in Wallet (first signing request)

2. Confirm the network gas fee in Wallet. (second signing request)

3. IMPORTANT: Leave the Transaction Progress Screen open until the transaction completes.

Once the transaction is finalized, your funds will be on their way. Depending on your bank, this may take 1 minute to 2 banking days.

Note: Occasionally, transactions may be paused for automatic compliance or security checks. In such cases, they are typically reviewed and completed within 24 hours.
