1. My wallet asks me to sign **two transactions** and pay gas. Is that normal?
   1. Yes—on EVM chains you first **approve** the token, then **transfer/swap** it. That’s why you see two prompts.
2. I’m asked for KYC/KYB. What’s required and how long does it take?
   * **Personal (KYC):** Government ID + selfie, and the bank account **must match your legal name**.
     * Brazil - KYC usually takes 1-2 minutes to complete
     * Europe - KYC usually takes 10 minutes to complete
   * **Business (KYB):** Company docs (registration, ownership), authorized rep ID, and a business bank account in the entity’s name.
     * Brazil - KYB usually takes 5-10 minutes to complete
     * Europe - KYB usually takes 20 minutes to complete
