  1. My wallet asks me to sign two transactions and pay gas. Is that normal?

    1. Yes—on EVM chains you first approve the token, then transfer/swap it. That’s why you see two prompts.

  2. I’m asked for KYC/KYB. What’s required and how long does it take?

    • Personal (KYC): Government ID + selfie, and the bank account must match your legal name.

      • Brazil - KYC usually takes 1-2 minutes to complete

      • Europe - KYC usually takes 10 minutes to complete

    • Business (KYB): Company docs (registration, ownership), authorized rep ID, and a business bank account in the entity’s name.

      • Brazil - KYB usually takes 5-10 minutes to complete

      • Europe - KYB usually takes 20 minutes to complete
